介绍了YQ153A前轴精密辊锻工艺实验与结果分析。通过工艺实验, 解决了弹簧板展宽不够, 厚度不足, 折叠, 刮料等问题, 工字截面充不满和上下成形不对称的问题, 第 1 道辊锻件弯曲, 第 2、3 道辊锻件倒料等影响稳定性的问题, 并按实际情况分道次对辊锻模中段减短, 可得到理想的前轴精密辊锻件。

This paper has introduced the process experiment result analysis of precision roll forging and for YQ153A front axle, In the process trial, many problems were solved, the problems include the insufficient width and thickness of the spring seat, fold, scraping material, the unfilled sections and the asymmetry of the joist, the bending of the 1 st step billet, the reversing material of the 2 nd and 3 rd step And last, in addition to reduce the length of the middle part of the roll forging die according to the actually situation, the satisfied roll forged forgings were manufactured
