通过对材料为45号钢连接拉杆的工艺性分析, 提出了可行的冷挤压成形方案, 在介绍深孔的挤压成形过程中, 着重阐述如何防止塑性较差的 45 号钢变形开裂以及超出设备限定顶出行程时的挤压方法。在此基础上,根据模具的整体结构, 设计各工序模具工作部分。最后通过试验证明该工艺的可行性, 并对存在问题进行分析, 同时提出相应的改进措施。将冷挤压工艺应用在连接拉杆生产中, 对同类零件的成形工艺及模具设计具有一定的借鉴作用。

Connected perch of 45# steel is a typical kind of deep hole and thin wall partIn the past, it is the complex process that the roughcast is turned into part by boring and machiningThrough the analysis for connected perch in this paper,the projects of cold extrusion technology are advanced and the forming process of deep hole is introduced Furthermore,the problem of how to prevent 45# steel with bad plasticity from deforming and cracking and the extrusion measures for the extrusion part with excess ejecting stroke is stated. Based on those dada, the author programs the whole structure of mould and designs the parts of mould for working partsFinally,the feasibility of process is tested by experimentThe problems are construed and relevant improved measures are brought upIt is certain that the application of cold extrusion process for connected perch has a reference value to the forming of similar part
