根据国内外资料和我们的试验,对钛合金锻造前的加热进行了讨论。对加热温度、加热时间、加热设备等作了论述,并说明了加热时污染的实质。介绍了几种玻璃防护涂料和浸涂玻璃防护层的方法、提供了生产所需要的数据。

As a result of the information obtained both at home and abroad, and our experiements, the paper discussed about the heating of Ti-alloy before forging, covering the points of heating temperature, heating period, heating devices, etc. It also denotes the nature of contamination during heating. Several kinds of preventive coatings for glass and the coating methods, enclosed here with the data required for prgduction.
