150t钢水罐是板坯连铸机的主要配套设备,耳轴板的连接处是其主要受力部位,需要承受包括钢水包及包内所装钢水的负荷,承受的主要是弯曲力和剪应力。耳轴因尺寸限制无法直接用圆钢锻造,而铸造耳轴力学性能达不到使用要求,所以只能采用钢锭锻造的方法。本文介绍了从钢锭的加热、锻造、锻后热处理3个方面提高大型耳轴的力学性能的方法,从而获得性能优良的耳轴。

t steel water pitcher is the main equipped device of the sheet billet continuous casting machine. The connecting part of the trunnion plate bears the main bending and shearing forces, including the load of the steel ladle and the steel water in it. Trunnion of large size steel water pitcher can not wrought with rolled steel because the mechanical performance of the molten trunnion can not reach operating requirements and can only be forged with steel billet. This paper deals with the improvement in mechanical performance of Large steel water pitcher trunnion from the heating ,forging and after forging aspects so as to obtain the excellent trunnion.
