试验表明冷拔圆钢镶锻及热浸镀锌后整体抗拉强度有所下降,本文对这一现象进行了讨论,认为再结晶退火是其主要原因,在试验验证的基础上,提出了涂油镶锻的生产工艺。

Tests indicate that integrated strength of cold deformed round steel will decrease after the round steel is embedded forged and hot-dip galvanized. The article discusses this phenomena and it is considered that recrystallization temper is the main influence factor. Based on the verification for trials, a new production process of painting some lubricating oil on the surface of rods is put forward.
