介绍了灰口铸铁的液态挤压成形试验,对主要工艺参数:挤压温度、单位挤压力、保压时间等进行研究,得出不同工艺条件下的力学性能数据,试验结果表明:制件的力学性能指标比钢模重力铸造件性能明显提高,性能主要取决于挤压压力、挤压时间、保压时间3个工艺参数。

The experimental results of liquid extruded forming of casting iron are presented, such as the main parameters of squeezing temperature, unit extruding force, and holding time, etc. The mechanics performance data are got for the different process conditions. It is shown that the mechanics performance index of the parts made by this method is evidently improved than that of the parts made by the method of steel mould gravity casting, which mainly depends on three parameters of extruded force, time and holding time.
