阐述了在SolidWorks中建立各标准件实体模型和标准尺寸参数库,然后利用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发,通过调用SolidWorks的API函数,并利用ADO数据处理技术,以凸缘模柄为例详细介绍了建立模具标准件库的过程,阐述了开发模具三维标准件的关键技术。重点介绍了该标准件库中的参数化标准件模型库、标准件模型参数库、用户交互界面的结构与作用。通过介绍该库的结构和使用方法,对SolidWorks二次开发和模具标准化技术的推广有重要实用价值。

The standard entity models and size parameters for all kinds components in solidworks condition are set up with the help of VB,through calling API functions of solidworks and making use of technology of ADO.With the punch shank as an example,the process for developing the database of the standardized parts of moulds is introduced in detail.The techniques of the development on SolidWorks and the key techniques on the development of 3D standard-part library of moulds are introduced.The parameterization standardized parts of moulds,the parameter database of standardized parts of moulds and the structure and function of mutual interface of user are emphasized in this paper.It will be of a great value in the further development of solidworks and generalizing standardization technology of mould.
