介绍了叶片精锻的过程和特点,以及Unigraphics三维设计软件在叶片精锻模具设计中的使用方法,其中包括叶片、精锻模具型腔以及飞边槽等的实体造型,使模具设计更加直观。此外,结合UG能够进行参数化实体建模的特点,对叶片精锻模具设计中的工艺参数进行优化,很大程度的提高了模具设计的效率,为模具的设计提供了一条新的途径。

This paper introduces the vane precision forging process and its characteristics as well as the applicable method of 3D Unigraphics design software in vane precision forging die design,including the entity forming of the vane,the cavity of precision forging die and the flash trough,etc.Furthermore,combining the characters of UG which can carry on entity modeling by parameters,the paper optimizes the process parameters during the design of the precision forging die of the vane,thus greatly improves the design efficiency of the die and provides a new way for designing the die.
