针对轿车转向节这类复杂枝杈类锻件的成形,提出可分凹模挤压带式闭塞挤压预制坯和终锻相结合的精密成形新工艺,介绍了可分凹模闭塞挤压工艺研究的实验结果和数值模拟结果,提出的新工艺具有降低设备公称压力要求和材料利用率高的重要结论。

In this paper, a new precision forming technology is put forward, which combines pre-forging by separable cavity die extrusion-belt type obliterated extrusion with post-forging. It aims at the forming of car steering knuckle, which is a kind of complex branch-like forged piece. The experiment results and numerical simulation results of separable cavity die obturated extrusion are obtained. Then the important conclusion that the new technology can reduce equipment tonnage and increase the utilization ratio of material is educed.
