采用溶剂热法和表面修饰工艺,制备出纳米LaF3微粒。利用无机/有机匹配,得到减摩功能单元的油性胶粒,将其分散于载液中,可制得极压抗磨剂KR05,把它作为大能力(≥25000kN)离合器式高能螺旋压力机专用润滑油添加剂使用,具有良好的抗磨、减摩和承载性能,保障压力机的能量和打击力均能满足连续生产的要求。

In this paper,LaF_(3) nanoparticles is prepared by using the method of heat solvent and surface modification technique.The surface-modified nanoparticles of LaF_(3)as EP antiwear addtive can be dispersed in lubricating oil for clutch-operated screw press in order to lower friction factors and have better anti-wear and higher load-carrying capacities.Thus,the new lubricant can ensure the machine to work continuously with good working energy and force.
