借助拉延珠模拟试验机 ,分析了 6种冲压润滑剂对 5种汽车板料成形时拉延筋处摩擦系数的影响。结果表明 :不同润滑剂对不同汽车板料成形时拉延筋处的摩擦系数的影响程度不同 ;随着润滑剂的运动粘度的增加 ,板料的摩擦系数相应降低 ;5种板材中电镀锌预磷化板的摩擦系数最低

Depending on the Draw Bead Simulator (DBS), the influence of six lubricants to the frictional coefficient of five different kinds of auto\|sheets when they were pulled through the draw bead was analyzed. The result showed that the coefficient of friction decreased with the increase of the viscosity of the lubricants. The degree of the COF of different sheets varies with the different lubricant and the Electro\|galvanizing phosphate sheet has the lowest COF of the five auto-sheets.
