采用正交试验方法 ,对自主研制的植物粉 水基润滑剂中不同浓度的植物粉、增粘剂和乳化剂对最大拉深力的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明 :3种成分的不同浓度组合对最大拉深力影响明显不同 ,存在最优组合且植物粉影响最为显著 ;与无润滑条件相比 ,采用最优组合浓度的植物粉 水基润滑剂所对应的最大拉深力降低约 1 4 % ,制件表面质量也有显著改善

The orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the different concentration combination of plant powder, tackifier and emusifier on the maximum drawing load in a plant powder -water base lubricant invented by us. The results show that the effects of the three ingredients on the maximum drawing load are obviously different, and the effect of the plant powder concentration is the most remarkable among them and there exists an optimized concentration combination. Compared to that under the condition without lubricants, the maximum drawing load under the optimized lubricated condition decreases by about 14%. And the surface qualification of the part is clearly improved.
