针对空气滤清器支架翻边试验出现的缺陷 ,对其翻边受力情况进行分析 ,给出原始展开形状尺寸的计算方法 ,并提出了模具设计的要点 ,使设计制造后的模具所压制的零件满足实际要求 ,对同类零件的模具设计具有一定的参考价值

Based on flanging testing in air filter stand, some defects are found. This paper analyzes flanging forced and gives out the calculating method of dimension and shape and key point of die designing so as to make the die designed and manufactured in production to be satisfied with the practical requirement. The method of die designing has reference value to similar workpiece.
