出口厚度控制(Automatic Gauge Control,简称AGC)系统是冷轧机AGC系统的一个组成部分,主要通过控制张力,调节辊缝以保持其恒定,属于精调AGC。轧机出口板厚很大程度上取决于该出口AGC系统的性能。论文以1676mm酸洗-冷连轧联合机为研究对象,通过分析其AGC系统的控制模型,对其出口板厚控制机理作了深入的研究,发现其出口使用的Smith-AGC系统对改善系统超调,减小滞后对厚度控制的影响都有较好的效果;但同时也发现其不稳定的局限性,并介绍了一种改进的Smith预估器,通过引入微分环节可以明显提高系统性能;因此Smith-AGC需和其它AGC系统配合使用才能更好地发挥功效。

Exit-AGC(Automatic Gauge Control) is one part of AGC system of cold rolling mill.It is a kind of small-adjust AGC system which keeps the gauge invariable by controlling the tension between the last mill and the coiler.The thickness of the strip awfully depends on the performance of exit-AGC.The paper analyses in detail the mechanism of Smith-AGC based on the research of the control system model of 1676mm CPL/TCM Coupled.Smith-AGC strictly can improve the response curve of the system.It also decreases bad effects to the thickness control because of lag.Smith-AGC has a disadvantage-instability.A kind of improved smith-predictor can enhance system performance by introducing differential effect.Therefore,Smith-predictor has more effects with the help of other AGC system.
