对轿车差速器行星齿轮与半轴齿轮进行了冷闭塞锻造精密成形工艺研究与有限元数值仿真分析 ,研究设计了专用液压模架系统。结果表明 :闭塞锻造工艺与模具设计合理 ;数值模拟分析准确 ;液压模架系统工作可靠 ,可实现合模力与塞挤力的合理分配。为该项新工艺的工程应用奠定了基础。

In this paper, cold closed\|die extrusion forging technology of the bevel gears were researched experimentally. The 3\|D numerical simulation was successively applied to analyze the forming processes and hydraulic die\|shelf was specially designed and manufactured for the cold precision forming of the gears. The results show that design in the technology and die cavity is effective,numerical simulation is satisfactory, die\|shelf system has functional reliability and load can be assigned reasonably to closing die and extrusion. They would be valuable for applying the technique to practical production.
