针对用锥状凸模进行圆孔翻边的特点 ,应用全量理论 ,导出了计算其变形区内各点应力应变的解析式 ,并分析了翻边力的变化规律

Based on the assumption of the total plasticity theory, a mathematic analytical model which is used to calculate the stress and strain in the deforming area is presented for the round hole flanging with the cone punch, also the laws of the flanging force that could be changed is analyzed
