采用有限元方法研究螺旋压力机滑动螺旋副的设计中螺纹应力和工作压力 ,得到了不同材料的螺旋副螺牙应力和工作压力分布情况 ,认为应力集中正是引起结构破坏的主要因素。与用材料力学方法计算得到的结果相比较 ,找到了一种确定安全系数的简便方法 ,为工程设计提供参考

In the project, the method of mechanics of materials is used on the design of sliding spiral transmission equipment of screw presses. It is realized by calculating the stress and working pressure of teeth and choosing the parameter of structure. But the stress concentration is not taken into account in this method and it is usually the primary factor of structure destroy. The FEM is used in the paper on researching stress and working pressure of teeth. The stress and pressure of spiral transmission equipment of different materials is gained. A simple method of choosing safety factor is found by comparing the results of FEM and mechanics of materials, and it can provide the reference for design of project.
