压缩失稳是薄壁筒形零件缩口成形时的主要失效形式。减小缩口力 ,避免产生压缩失稳 ,对顺利完成缩口成形过程具有重要的实际意义。应用金属塑性成型理论推导出圆筒形薄壁零件在缩口成形时 ,作用于毛坯直壁上的轴向应力最小时的缩口凹模倾角的数学表达式 ;并分析了摩擦系数对缩口凹模倾角的影响

Unstable compaction is the main failure form when thin wall cylindrical parts are shaped It is of great practical significance to smoothly finish the compaction shaping process by reducing the contracting force and avoiding unstable compaction Using the theory of metal plastic forming, the paper derives the formula of the inclined angle of contracting matrix when the axial stress reaches the minimum, which acts on the vertical wall of blanks during thin wall cylindrical parts being formed, and analyzes the effect of the friction factors on the inclined angle
