采用扁挤压筒挤压大型宽幅薄壁型材是一种非常有效的方法,它可以实现用高比压挤压大挤压系数,大宽厚比的薄壁宽幅型材。由于扁挤压筒需要在高温、高压、高摩擦等十分恶劣的条件下工作,应力状态十分复杂,而且局部拉应力很大,因此很容易在危险断面产生破裂。为了改进扁挤压筒设计,提高内套强度,通过在扁挤压筒优化扁孔参数基础上对不同比压、不同过盈量的扁挤压筒进行了分析,获得了各种不同情况下扁挤压筒等效应力数值,并给出优化扁挤压筒几何参数及结构。

Using the flat extrusion cylinder to extrude thin wall sheet of big width is an effective method, because it can realize the extrusion of the section steet of thin wall, big width and the bigger thickness ratio with the high specific pressure extrusion and big extrusion coefficient .Because that the flat extrusion cylinder has to work under the very bad conditions, such as high temperature, high pressure and high friction ,etc.,the stress condition is very complex and the local tensile stress is quite big. Therefore, the fracture is easily be took place on the risk section. In order to improve the extrusion cylinder design and increase the strength of the inner sleeve, based on optimizing the flat hole parameters of the cylinder, the different specific pressure and interference magnitude of the flat extrusion cylinder is analyzed and has got the equivalent effect stress value under the different conditions. The geometric parameter and structure of the optimized flat extrusion cylinder is given.
