电磁成形是一种先进制造技术,理论研究包括磁场力和冲击力作用下变形两部分,涉及到电磁学、塑性动力学等学科。本文以数字示波器为核心建立了电磁参数动态测试系统,采用曲线拟合的方法得到磁感应强度的数学解析式。公式表明,电磁成形时磁感应强度正弦震荡,幅值呈指数规律衰减。它的获得对于验证磁场力理论研究结果,以及进一步研究板材变形具有重要意义。

Electromagnetic forming is a kind of advanced forming technology and its theory research related to (electromagnetics) and plasticity dynamics consists of the analysis of the magnetic pressure and the dynamic deformation analysis. In this paper, a dynamic measurement system of the magnetic induction intensity centered with digital oscilloscope is designed. The mathematical expression of the magnetic induction intensity can be obtained by curve fitting method. The equation shows that the magnetic induction intensity is a sinusoidal oscillation signal and its amplitude is a damped exponential law. It is important to verify the results of the theory research on the magnetic pressure and analyze the sheet deformation further.
