利用数控车床对斜轧辊进行动态测量,并对测量的数据采用特殊的误差补偿,根据补偿后的数据生成斜轧辊的实际模型,通过已有的设计模型和实际模型进行误差分析,最终得到加工完毕的斜轧辊的加工误差。

In this paper, we mainly discusses how the NC lathe is used to measure the skew roller dynamically and studies the matter on the metrical data with specific error compensation.According to the compensated data, we build up the surface curve of the model.From the differences between measured and designed model, we get the machining error of the actual skew roller.
