在研究旋压和拉拔工艺的基础上,针对难加工的超长圆锥管,结合这两种工艺的各自优点,提出了一种新的冷加工工艺———旋拉工艺,并设计出旋拉联合成形设备。本文基于弹塑性有限元理论,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了旋拉过程的有限元模型,数值模拟结果表明:在旋压和拉拔共同作用下圆管沿径向缩小,轴向应力最大,变形明显且沿轴向伸长。

Base on the respective research of stretch spinning process and drawing process,due to the difficulty of machining overlength circular cone pipe and combining the advantages of both,in the paper,a new cold-forming method which is called combined stretch spinning and drawing process is proposed,and the device of combined stretch spinning and drawing process is designed.The combined stretch spinning and drawing process is used without mandrel either to assure good quality product or to increase the working efficiency.On the basis of elastic-plastic theory and using of FEM software-ANSYS,the FEM model of stretching spinning and drawing process is made.The simulation result shows that the circular pipe reduced radially with the union applied force,the axial stress is maximal,the deformation is obvious and the pipe is extended along axial direction.
