冷镦圆头凹模是冷镦螺栓生产过程中的关键模具。试验发现,整体凹模在冷镦过程中受三向拉应力作用,极易发生开裂而造成早期失效。为消除应力集中,以3层套圈组合结构代替整体凹模,在结构上采用两种形式,并给出确定组合凹模几何参数的两种方法,最后提出用组合模具结构代替整体模具结构的设计原则,使冷镦螺栓凹模达到较高寿命。

Cold upset female die of fillister head is the key mold in the manufacturing process of heading bolt.It is found through experiments that there exists three-dimensional stress in the heading process of an integrative die which tends to make the die crack and fail in the earlier period.To avoid stress concentration,the composite structure in two forms with three layers collar is used instead of the integrative type.Furthermore, in this article,the two methods to get the geometry parameter of a integrative die are given out,the design principles of the composite structure replacing the integrative type is put forward to make head die of bolt reach a longer service life.
