针对散热片的成形工艺做了详细分析,就CPU散热片成形过程的难点加以阐述,并与机加工的材料利用率作了比较,确定成形工艺。提出了有效的成形方法:锻造。同时介绍了该零件的模具结构,并针对实际应用中出现的成形缺陷,作出相应的改善措施。从而满足精度要求,也达到了批量生产的目的。

The article analyzes the forming process in detail,explains the forming difficulties of the CPU fin and compares the machine tooling with material utilization ratio to make sure the forming process and the effective forming method——forging.The mould structure of this part is introduced and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward based on the defects appeared in the practical application so as to meet the precision request and achieve the goal of batch production.
