280柴油机摇臂轴座一改传统的铸造方法为精锻制造。分析了精锻工艺的可行性,介绍了高能螺旋压力机公称压力值的计算方法。在工艺及模具设计时,采用Pro/E三维软件建模方法,用CAD/CAM技术取代传统工艺、模具设计制造方式,实现无图化模具设计制造,并尝试在没有少、无氧化加热设备的情况下实现精锻,提升了工艺、工装设计及制造水平,产品尺寸精度、生产率、综合力学性能较铸件方案明显提高。该工艺的研制成功,解决了摇臂轴座断裂质量问题,保证了280柴油机的正常试验和工作,提高了柴油机的可靠性。生产实践证明,工艺及模具设计合理,产品质量满足设计要求。

To choose the process of precision forging is to replace the traditional casting scheme.The paper analyses the forging process of 280 diesel engine rocker shaft bed part and introduces the computing technology of high-energy screw press nominal pressure value.In designing the process and die,Pro/E 3-dimensional modeling method is adopted to replace the traditional die design and manufacture with CAD/CAM technology and it has realized no drawing die design and manufacture.It tries to realize precision forging without less or no oxidation heating equipment and upgrade the level of process,die designing and manufacturing,product dimension precision and productivity.The synthesis mechanical properties are greatly improved compared with that of casting scheme.Successful development of the process solves the crack problem of the Rocker shaft bed,guarantees the normal test & work of the 280 diesel engine and enhances the reliability of the diesel engine.The process is an originated and advanced technology in the railway factory of our country.It is proved by production practice that the design of process and die is reasonable and product quality meets the designing requirement.
