成形数值模拟是板料冲压加工领域中的虚拟制造技术。通过研究薄板冲压成形数值模拟关键技术(弹塑性本构关系、单元技术以及积分求解策略),将一个简单零件的拉深模拟所进行成形工艺参数的优化设计,应用在某轿车结构件———风窗横梁加强板,根据数值模拟的计算结果,通过修改坯料尺寸、压边力和拉深模压料面形状等工艺边界条件,来实现复杂拉深件成形工艺参数的优化设计,最终获得符合质量要求的产品拉深件。

Forming numerical simulation is a kind of virtual manufacturing technology.This paper firstly researches the key technologies of numerical simulation of sheet metal forming.Then the optimum design technology of forming process parameters for simple drawing part is applied for an automobile structure-piece, namely windshield cross reinforcement.According to the results of numerical simulation, the boundary conditions, such as the dimensions of the blank, blank-holder force or the shape of binder surface of drawing die are modified.Finally the qualified drawn component are produced.
