针对钣金零件的结构特点,采用特征技术,在特征造型的基础上建立了基于Pro/E平台的钣金零件CAD/DFM集成原型系统,从而实现DFM技术在钣金零价加工领域的应用以及产品整个生命周期中设计、制造信息的共享和集成。介绍了钣金零件CAD/DFM集成系统的体系结构、设计原则和采用的关键技术,以及可制造性评价模块的评价过程;以STEP中性文件作为描述产品数据信息的源文件,以产品设计特征数据库和制造特征数据库作为获取传递产品信息的中介,从而实现CAD与DFM的真正集成。采用该系统提供的方法对零件进行工艺性和经济性评价的结果表明,将DFM技术应用于钣金加工领域可以降低产品成本、提高生产率,加快产品的上市速度。

According to the characteristic of sheet-metal products, Sheet-Metal CAD/DFM Prototype System based on Pro/E is established by feature technology on the basis of feature modeling.This system realizes the application of DFM in the field of sheet-metal machining and the share and integration of design and manufacture information in product life cycle.This paper introduces framework, principle of design and key technologies adopted in this system.The module of manufacturing capability evaluation is also described.STEP is considered as a source file describing the data information of product design.The medium for obtaining and passing product information is the database including design and manufacture features of products.By STEP file and product database, integration of CAD and DFM is truly realized.The evaluation results show that DFM can greatly reduce product cost, improve production efficiency and accelerate the marketing speed of new products.
