<正> 各种曲面零件的成形在冲压生产中占有相当大的比例。成形中毛坯的变形特点和应力数值与分布的规律都不同于圆筒形零件,所以不能作为一般的拉深变形看待,而且各种冲压工艺参数(如成形的极限、压边力等)的确定和冲模设计的原则也都有它自己的特点。由于冲压零件的厚度不同,在生产中采用两种方法加工曲面零件:零件的相对厚度较大时,冲压过程中毛坯
The forming process of a dome—shap part is more complex than drawing of a cup. Moreover, there are much more difficulties, up to now there is no sufficient reliable data for design. In this study, the analysis of the influence of various practical factors to the distribution of stress and wrinkling on the dome-shap surface is based on the calculation of stresses inside a blank during its forming.A method of calculation and formulae are derived for the necessary pressure of blankholder to eliminate the wrinkle on the dome-shap surface based on the analysis of a diameter on which the sense of stress is changed.
