摘要:
介绍了采用圆板坯旋压成形半锥角小于1°的LF6铝合金锥筒的成形试验。试验采用了平板毛坯、直筒与小锥度两套芯模、普旋加强旋的成形方案,在直筒芯模上把圆板坯加热普旋成圆筒,圆筒切底后在室温下对其强旋减薄,最后改用小锥度芯模加热普旋成小锥度筒。结果表明:确保旋前板坯的高质量,避免出现局部缺陷,控制好热旋时的加热温度是能够顺利成形的必要条件;LF6合金具有良好的旋压性能,选择合理的工艺参数,采用圆板坯可以旋压出半锥角小于1°的无缝筒。
Research results of forming LF6 alloy conical tube with half cone angle less than one degree are described in this paper.The forming scheme which utilize slab blank, straight and small coning mandrels, conventional spinning and power spinning is adopted. Firstly, blank is deformed into cylinder with hot conventional spinning in straight mandrel.Then thick-walled tube is forcedly thinned at room temperature after cylinder bottom is cut off. Finally, small coning mandrel and hot conventional spinning are adapted to form conical tube. It can be shown from the results that the ensured blank's high quality before spinning is required to avoid local defect and temperature must be well controlled at hot spinning. LF6 alloy has a good spinning performance. Selecting reasonable technological parameters, seamless conical tube of LF6 alloy with half cone angle less than one degree can be formed by spinning with blank.
