介绍了一种新型的数控压力机液压驱动系统,该系统采用快速开关阀作先导阀控制逻辑阀进行大流量快速切换控制,使液压缸高速往复运动,从而实现数控压力机滑块与模具的快速驱动。改进后的系统结构简单,成本低,其技术水平达到了国外同类产品的水平。

The development trend of CNC punch press is to use hydraulic power system instead of mechanical power system. In this paper, a new hydraulic power system developed by author recently is introduced. The rapid advance and return movement of the hydraulic cylinder is achieved by using rapid on-off valves as the forerunner valves to control the massive flow, so that the CNC press can drive the slider and the mould rapidly with great power. After being improved, it runs well with simple structure and low cost. It is as good as that of the imported machine and may be used as a substitute.
