介绍一种先进的网格印制技术,它在欧洲模具及金属成形等领域已经得到了广泛的应用。它可以很方便的在各种金属板材的表面上印制网格,对金属本身不产生任何影响。与传统的网格制作方法相比,它具有操作简单、快速、不影响变形、实验数据更准确等优点。对金属塑性成形的试验研究有很大的帮助,它的推广有着十分重要的现实意义。

An advanced grid-scribed technology is introduced in this paper and this technology has been used in the fields of moulds and metal forming in Europe. Giddings can be conveniently marked on the surfaces of various kinds of metal panels or the section of metals by this technology, whose performances have not been influenced.This new technology is an innovation, whose popularization has the realistic meaning because it is very useful for studying the plastic deformation experiment.
