摘要：

在改善旧工艺的过程中,将组装的产品转化为单一的压力臂产品。针对压力臂的技术要求,确定了合理的排样方案,阐述了该级进模设计特点及要点,同时,还介绍了两种扭曲成形装置,可供类似多工位级进模的设计、制造作参考。产品质量达到设计要求,较大地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

During the process improvement of the old technology, the assembly part is turned into a single pressure arm .The fine blank layout is determined and the corresponding progressive die design is stated according to the technical requirement of the pressure arm. And meanwhile, two kinds of twisting formation devices are introduced, which could serve as a reference for the design and manufacture of similar multi-position progressive dies. The quality of the part can meet the design requirement,raise the production efficiency and lower the production cost.
