微型摄像头芯片FPCB板原有的分板工序为手动方式,本研究首先分析、比较了分板模分板代替手工分板的经济与技术可行性,然后研制出了相关模具及定制了相应设备,并应用到某摄像头的分板工序实际生产中。新工序优化了生产工艺流程,使摄像头的生产效率比原来的手工分板操作提高数倍,减少了资源消耗,降低了生产成本,提高了产品的质量,经济效益显著。

Mini-camera lens chip FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Boards) is used to be divided manually at first. This research analyzes and compares the economical and technical feasibilities of using the punch die divided the boards, and then develops the relevant die and customizes the corresponding professional equipment. All these are used in practical production process. New technical method optimizes the production line. It has not only improved the production efficiency for several times compared with the original manual method, but also reduced production cost. The most important thing is that it has improved the production quality. Economical benefit is obvious.
