板厚对三维曲面柔性卷板成形过程影响的数值模拟研究

摘要:

三维曲面柔性卷板成形技术是一种新颖的板材柔性成形技术。简单介绍了三维曲面柔性卷板成形技术,并以马鞍形件为例,采用通用的有限元程序建立了三维曲面柔性卷板成形过程的有限元模型。通过数值模拟的方法来研究同种材料、不同厚度的板材对其成形过程的影响,得出了在相同压下量时,随着板厚的增加,马鞍形件的成形效果越好的结论,并通过了实验验证。模拟结果对制定成形工艺,以及如何确定在一定参数下压制多少厚度的板材效果为最佳,具有一定的指导意义。

3D surface flexible roll forming technology is a novel sheet metal's flexible forming technology. 3D surface flexible roll forming technology was introduced briefly. Saddle part was taken for example, its finite element model was founded by general finite element program, the impact of its forming process by sheet with the same material and different thickness was researched through the method of numerical simulation, the result was gained that under the same giving quantity, the thicker of the sheet, the better of the forming effect. Experiment validated the result. The simulation result has a certain instruction function for deciding the forming process and obtaining the best result under some parameters to pressing the plate of certain thickness.
