大型盘件轴向辗轧成形过程的三维数值模拟

摘要:

采用刚塑性有限元法对航空发动机用GH4169合金盘件的轴向辗轧成形过程进行了三维数值模拟,定量分析了盘件的流线分布、热力参数、型腔填充过程和成形载荷,并与液压机模锻盘件进行了对比。模拟结果显示,采用轴向辗轧成形的盘件变形更加充分,温度均匀性更好,流线分布更加合理,有利于难变形材料盘件的质量控制。相同尺寸盘件的成形载荷只有液压机模锻的1/10左右。

Axial closed dies rolling(ACDR)process of GH4169 alloy forging for compressor disk of aircraft engine was simulated  using rigid-plastic finite element method. And the material flow pattern, thermo mechanical parameters within forging, billet filling of dies cavity and deformation load during ACDR were clarified. Comparing with forging produced by hydraulic press, the simulation results show that the deformation is sufficient, the temperature homogeneity is more satisfied and the distribution of flow lines is more reasonable within the forging produced by ACDR. Under the same conditions, the maximal deformation load of ACDR process is only one tenth of the maximal deformation load for hydraulic press forging.
