渐开线直齿与棘齿复合齿轮的成形流动研究

摘要:

根据金属流动方向制订了渐开线直齿与棘齿复合齿轮的两种近净成形方案,并利用Deform-3D对这两种方案进行了数值模拟,分析了金属材料成形过程中的流动特点。结果表明:采用径向扩张流动成形时因渐开线直齿径向流动困难,将导致其他部分过度变形进而发生折叠现象;而采用纵向约束流动成形时金属流动合理,对设备负荷要求不高,可以实现渐开线直齿与棘齿复合齿轮的近净成形。

Considered to metal flow direction, two near net shape process programs for ratchet and involute gear were proposed. Deform-3D was used for these two programs to analyze the metal flow characteristics of the forming process. The results show that the involute tooth's radial flow difficulties will lead to other parts excessive deformation and folding in radial expansion forming. The vertical restraints flow forming method realizes the near net shape of the ratchet and involute gear due to the smooth materials flow and less load demand.
