渐进成形直壁筒形件圆角缺陷的模拟分析

摘要:

基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台构建多道次渐进成形的有限元模型,模拟直壁筒形件渐进成形过程。从节点运动规律及成形前后材料区域的对应关系角度,分析圆角缺陷产生的原因。提出避免圆角缺陷的关键是:圆角区域的成形主要应在自下而上的成形方式中完成,并在采用该成形方式前圆角区域应预留合理的变形量。最终通过优化成形路径,避免了圆角缺陷。

The finite element model for multiple-stages incremental forming process of sheet metal was built based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform. The forming process of vertical wall cylinder was simulated. The analysis was done on the aspect of motion law of node and correspondence of regional before and after the forming to find the reason that caused defect of circular bead. The key to avoid defect of circular bead is that the main forming of circular bead shall be finished in the forming way from bottom to top and rational deformation shall be reserved in the circular bead before this forming way being adopted. Defect of circular bead can be avoided by optimizing the tool path in the end.
