引弧片级进模排样与变形控制分析

摘要:

排样图设计是级进模设计中最重要的一部分,控制好零件变形先后次序是关键。根据引弧片结构按不同的基准面设计级进模排样,运用有限元对排样进行了变形应力分析,对不同排样的级进模结构进行了比较,总结出合理的排样,在此基础上设计了引弧片成形级进模。此级进模结构有效地控制了引弧片成形时材料流动,使工件变形形状饱满、平整,保证了产品质量。

The design of the blank layout is an important part of progressive die designing and controlling the forming sequence of the parts is the key process. According to the structure of leading arc flake, the blank layout for progressive die was designed with different datum planes. The forming stress of leading arc flake was analyzed with finite elements method. The structure of leading arc flake in different blank layouts was compared. The rational blank layout was summarized and the forming progressive die was designed under the condition. The forming progressive controlled the material fluxion as leading arc flake was formed availably. The forming shape of the work piece was full and level. The quality of products was assured.
