基于Deform-3D的汽车零件冷挤压成形方案研究

摘要:

传统的挤压工艺往往是根据经验经反复试模修模加以确定的,存在周期长、成本高的问题。基于Deform-3D软件平台,通过对六角碗汽车零件采用正、反两步冷挤压和复合冷挤压两种成形方案进行相应的数值模拟试验,分别对最大应力、最大应变、最大整体流动速度等模拟试验结果加以比较分析,认为经复合冷挤压成形方案制造六角碗汽车零件的零件成形性能较正、反两步冷挤压方案更优,采用复合冷挤压成形方案更为合理,最终经实际生产证明了采用复合冷挤压成形方案制造六角碗汽车零件是切实可行的。

The traditional process of extrusion is often determined based on experiences, which requires repeatedly testing and repairing dies, and there exists a long cycle and high-cost problems. Two cold extrusion programs of hexagonal bowl part were simulated based on the Deform-3D software,the two-steps extrusion included the first direct cold extrusion and the second inverted extrusion and the combined cold extrusion. The simulated test results of maximum strain-effective and maximum stress-effective and maximum velocity-total distribution were comparatively analysised. The forming-ability of the hexagonal bowl part which is applied the program of combined cold extrusion to making is better than the other program, so the program of combined cold extrusion is more reasonable. At last, the combined cold extrusion program is feasible to form hexagonal bowl part by practicable production.
