铝合金机匣体多向精锻工艺优化

摘要:

采用多向精锻工艺生产机匣体锻件可显著提高材料利用率和生产效率,但由于机匣体形状复杂且7A04超硬铝合金塑性差、应变速率敏感性强,在锻造成形过程中容易出现充不满和折叠现象。通过塑性成形理论分析、热力耦合有限元模拟和实验研究相结合的方法,总结了材料的变形行为和成形规律,提出了坯料形状和预锻工艺的优化方法,解决了生产中出现的问题,得到了合格的锻件,并实现了产业化。

The material utilization ratio and production efficiency were improved by using multi\|directional precision forging method in casing production. However, for the complex shape of casing and characteristics of 7A04 aluminum alloy which has a bad plastic workability and strain rate sensitivity, some defects would be produced during the forming process, such as underfilling and fold. Theoretical analysis of plastic forming, thermal\|mechanical finite element numerical simulation and experimental study were carried out. The rule of deformation behavior and material flow were summarized. The optimization of billet shape and preforging process were proposed to solve the problems appeared in production. Qualified forging parts were obtained and industrial production was achieved.
