基于数模平台的四辊卷板机辊轮工艺位置的计算

四辊卷板机中下辊与两侧辊的位置控制是决定钢板卷制精度的关键因素,以人工经验进行辊轮位置调整的传统方法难以获得辊轮的精确工作位置。采用数学建模方法对卷板机各辊轮工作位置进行几何化表达,建立下辊与前后两侧辊在边缘对正、预弯、卷制等工艺中的位置模型,并推导出下辊与两侧辊在加工过程中的精确位移量的表达公式,以实现各辊轮位置的精确控制,由此提高钢板的卷制加工精度。

Accuracy of plate bending was directly determined by the position control of bottom rolls and two side-rolls in four-rolls plate bending machine, and the position of rolls which was adjusted by experiences in conventional ways was difficult to obtain the high position precision. The method of mathematical modeling was used to represent the geometric expression of the operative position of rolls and build the bottom roll and two side-rolls model on edge alignment, pre-bending and stretch-bending in plate bending process. Moreover, the formula of accurate displacement of bottom roll and two side-rolls were calculated to achieve accurate control of the operative rolls which enhanced the rolling precision of plate.
