钛合金膜板类锻件热模锻造成形技术研究

摘要:

针对典型的钛合金膜板类锻件(外径为Φ360 mm),设计了锻造成形模具及局部加载模具并进行了局部加载锻造工艺改进试验。通过局部加载方法控制坯料金属的流动方向和距离,避免产生折迭、充不满等缺陷。结果表明,局部加载成形技术可以有效地控制金属的变形流动,膜板类锻件的成形质量和材料利用率明显提高,锻件性能满足设计要求。

The forming and local loading dies were designed and the local loading forming experiments were conducted for the typical titanium diaphragm forging(about 360 mm in outer diameter).The local loading method was used to control flow direction and distance of forging metal to avoid the forming defects,such as overlap and underfill etc. The experimental results show that hot-die forging technology with local loading is effective to control metal flow and improve forming quality and stock utilization.As a whole,the property of diaphragm forging meets the design demands.
