Based on unified strength theory and allowing for difference in tension and compression in strength as well as intermediate principal stress, separated radius, shrinkrange and elastic limit internal pressure of prestressed combination die with working pressure were analyzed. The formulas for calculating separte radius, shrinkrange and limit internal pressure respectively when using the same strength theory to analyze shrink ring and die were got. The analysis shows that it is the tube's inside and outer radius, shrink ring together with die material characteristics determine its separate radius and shrinkrange.
