差厚拼焊板成形性的单向拉伸试验

拼焊板的成形性能不同于单一材料的板料,研究其成形性能有利于改进拼焊板的成形工艺。单向拉伸试验作为一种有效和实用的材料性能测试方法被用于研究拼焊板的成形性能。针对拉伸试验设计了母材和拼焊板的试样并进行了相关试验,获得了不同拼焊板的强度和塑性性能并对结果进行了讨论。试验结果表明,拼焊板的单向拉伸强度介于较高强度母材与较低强度母材之间,但塑性成形性能均低于母材,同时焊接线位置对于其成形性能也有着重要的影响。

The formability of tailor welded blanks is different from that of single material blanks. Studying on the formability of TWBs makes benefit to improve the forming process. As an effective and practical material property test method, tensile test was applied to study it. Base material and tailor welded blanks test specimens were designed for tensile testing and the test was carried out. The strength and plastic properties of different TWBs were obtained and the results were discussed. The results indicate that the tensile strength of TWBs is between higher strength base material and lower one ,but the formability is lower than any base material. At the same time, the weld line location in the TWBs has a significant impact on the formability.
