胀断连杆锻造工艺开发研究

摘要:

胀断连杆对锻件强度和塑性要求较高。针对胀断连杆的特点,提出了合理的锻造方案。采用双模膛错开布置,预锻1、预锻2和终锻3个工步进行成形,并对各工序进行合理匹配。为了避免切边变形,增加了厚度和斜度补偿。通过试验,确定了加热、冷却及热处理工艺。最后,讨论了锻造过程中出现的问题并提出了相应的解决措施。

The intensity and plasticity requirement of fractured connecting rod is high. A reasonable forging proposal was put forward based on the property of connecting rod. Two stagger cavities were laid as well as each step was matched. The part was formed in three steps: pre-forgingⅠ, pre-forgingⅡ and finished-forging. Thickness and gradient were compensated for sake of avoiding distortion after cutting. Process of heating, cooling and heat treatment were obtained by test. Finally, the problems and countermeasures were discussed.
