基于数控冲压加工的整张板料混合排样连续冲压方法

摘要:

设计了数控加工整张板料混合排样方案,对所排样零件之间以“微连接”连接,工艺试验参数为:宽度0.6 mm, 间距不大于200 mm。改变原压凸模高度,使凸模上平面与托料板上平面处于同一平面,解决了连续送料中的碰挂,实现了数控冲压整张板料混合排样连续冲压加工。加工结果显示,该方法使材料利用率提高约15%,加工所用时间下降约30%,冲压件质量得到提高。

The mixed layout method based on digital control processing with whole plate was designed. The stock layout parts were connected by “tiny gap connection ”, whose parameters are as follows: width 0.6mm, the spaces between parts are not more than 200mm. The upper plane of the terrace die was in the same plane with the upper plane of retainer plate through changing the height of former terrace die, which solved the collide problem happened in continuous feeding process, realized the continuous punching processes. The process results show that the stock utilization rate increases about 15%, the process time decreases about 30%, and the quality of the stampings is improved by using the method.
