大型模锻压机同步控制技术研究

摘要:

新型模锻压机的控制方法改变了导柱受力的传统结构,依靠压下油缸的同步控制方法使得压机承受锻造偏载产生的倾覆力矩,因此需要保持锻造过程中锻造偏载始终处于压机能力的可控范围内。由于大于三油缸的多缸压机中位置同步需要增加力均衡条件,对不同的力均衡条件下压机偏载的控制能力进行了分析。根据锻件的不同选择适合的力均衡控制条件,并设计出图形显示的工控界面,实时提示操作者避免倾覆力矩超载的危险。

The traditional structure with the guiding post loaded was improved by control method of new die forging press which could bear the overturning moment produced by the offset load force in forging with the method of synchronization control for the press oil cylinders, so the forging offset loaded in the forging process should be always under the control of the press. For the additional force equilibrium conditions were needed in position synchronous of pressure machine with more than three cylinders, the abilities of controlling the offset loads of the press machine differ from the various force equilibrium conditions were analyzed. The suitable equilibrium controlled condition was selected according to the forgings, and the draw graphic for the HMI was designed which would be the signal for the real-time operator to avoid from danger caused by the overloading of the overturning moment.
