花键套冷挤压模具设计

花键套因形状所致无法切削加工,采用电解加工工艺,生产效率低、精度差、寿命低,电解废液污染环境,应采用冷挤压工艺。给出花键套冷挤压成形的实用模具结构,论述了模具设计要点和工作过程。凸模用弹性夹套固定,模具对中性好,更换凸模方便。该模具上模和下模均设有顶出器和卸料装置,锻件在挤压结束后可以顺利脱模。材料利用率、生产效率、制件精度和力学性能比电解加工显著地提高。

The spline sheath can not be processed by cutting for its shape,and the electrolytic process has to be adopted,so that the productivity is very low, precision and service life of the gears are very bad,and the depleted electrolyte pollutes environment. A practical die structure was presented for cold extruding the spline sheath in this treatise. It described on the important points of the die design and the operating principle of the die. The punch was fixed by a spring clamp sheath, so that the die was good coaxial and convenient for exchange of the punch. There were a rejecter and a stripper on the bottom die, the forge piece could broke away from the punch die and concave as soon as the extruding was over.Material utilization ratio, production efficiency, precision and mechanics performance of the workpiece are evidently advanced compared with the electrolytic process.
