The contour offset path and the parallel raster path of the fused deposition three-dimensional printing device were studied, and a hybridized path algorithm was proposed based on them. Meanwhile, the hybridized path was filled with the end node ensconcing optimization algorithm, which put the starting and ending nodes inside the products and improved the surface quality of products. Finally, G code conversion module was added after the realization of the algorithm, which converted the paths directly into the standard G code, so NC part of the FDM was separated from the data processing module, which provides a convenient data interface for the improvement of the FDM control system.
