摘要:

在TMTS热模拟试验机上对中压转子材料Cr12合金钢进行了实验,研究了Cr12合金钢在温度900~1150℃,变形速度为0.001~10s-1的变形条件下的热变形行为。结果表明,该合金为热敏感型和应变速率敏感型材料。Cr12合金的热加工图表明,该材料存在两个流变失稳区,在实际生产过程中,变形温度在1000℃以上时,应变速率应控制在5s-1以下,变形温度在900~1000℃之间时,应变速率应控制在0.03s-1以下为宜。
 

TMTS thermal simulation testing machine was used to conduct the experiment of Cr12. Thermal deformation behavior of Cr12 was studied in the temperature of 9001150 ℃ and deformation rate of 0.00110s-1. The results show that the alloy is sensitive to heat and strain rate. And the analysis of process map indicates that Cr12 has two theological unsteady areas. During hot working process when deformation temperature is above 1000℃, strain rate should be controlled under 5s-1; when deformation temperature is between 9001000 ℃, the strain rate should be controlled under 0.03 s-1.
